We also put a 3 Month warranty on these items to ensure peace of mind. Although we offer a full back up service not all re-conditioned items will have parts available as a result of the products age, but this will be reflected in the price of the product and explained at point of purchase.

All re-conditioned Scooters and Powerchairs will come with battery charger as standard.

  • Delivery Information
  • All deliveries made within a 50 mile radius of your nearest store are FREE of charge. If you require an installation and demonstration of your new product then a £50.00 Installation fee will be applied.
    Standard Delivery: (Outside of the 50 mile Radius).
  • Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering and will be made using either Royal Mail or Courier.
  • Your order may need to be signed for and we request that somebody is available to take delivery of your item. If you have ordered a large or heavy product, we recommend that you make appropriate arrangements to accept the delivery.
  • Delivery Including Assembly and Demonstration: (Outside of the 50 mile Radius).
    Delivery times will be pre-arranged with you by telephone. You must ensure that you are present at the pre-arranged time. If you are not present on delivery and need to arrange another delivery time then an additional delivery charge will be added. The product will be unpacked and assembled ensuring it is in full working condition. The product will then be demonstrated to you highlighting all the relevant features. You must then sign to say that you are happy with the demonstration and that you are happy with the product.
  • All packaging will be taken away by Assured Mobility.
  • If for any reason you are experiencing difficulties with your delivery, please contact us on 01452 613009 and a member of our team will help you.
  • Delivery Times:
    We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your completed order. If you have not received your order from us within 5 working days, please contact us. Please note however, that depending on availability, items may be sent separately and so you may not receive your entire order in one delivery.Availability

  • If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have chosen or the product is faulty then you are entitled to a Full Refund under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) within 7 working days of the receipt of your order.
  • The Company must be notified in writing (including email) within 7 working days of receipt, and the product may be returned for a full refund to your credit/debit card account. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • We ask that all customers take reasonable care of the product whilst it is in their possession.
  • The refund includes the full price of the goods purchased and any delivery charges made to you. The cost of returning the items to Assured Mobility are non refundable.
  • The Company will not be held liable for the loss in transit of any returned item(s). We advise you to ensure the products are adequately packed and insured during any return journey. We would also advise you to use a courier if you are unable to deliver the products personally.
  • If the Customer requires the products to be collected, the cost of this collection will be charged to the Customer.
  • All refunds will be made as soon as possible within 30 days of receipt of refund request.
